Koda Command Line, Sessions and Recovery

A public account of the Koda command line, session inspection, diagnostics and restart-safe recovery boundaries.

CURRENTLast reviewed: 15 July 2026Evidence classes: IMPLEMENTED · DESIGNED · PLANNED

Purpose

The command line remains valuable beside Workshop because it exposes concise inspection, diagnostics and bounded factory/session operations without requiring autonomous command execution.

Implemented boundary

The recorded shell includes context-aware prompts, status and help rendering, diagnostics, information and lightweight self-test paths. Factory infrastructure supplies deterministic sessions, append-only records and recovery inspection.

Limitations

This is not remote administration, distributed orchestration or recovery from every failure. Recovery is explicit: interrupted state is inspected and never silently continued.

Sources and provenance

Public-safe summary from canonical result records, design locks and the Engineering Journal source registers. Internal paths, startup details and sensitive topology are withheld.
