What this record is for

Koda is not presented here as a finished product or a single AI assistant. The programme combines interface research, local tooling, observability, evidence records and future research infrastructure. This journal records what has been implemented, what evidence supports it, and what remains partial, planned or deliberately deferred.

It is built for engineers and technically curious readers who need a clear boundary between demonstrated behaviour and design intent.

Editorial standard

Each page identifies its status, sources and review date. Historical names and superseded approaches are not treated as current capability. Sensitive implementation details, raw research material, credentials and private operational data are excluded.

Basis: Koda Public Casefile Fact Bank; Public Casefile Sanitisation Report; canonical implementation and result records.
