Manifesto
We are not building another generic AI startup with an impressive landing page and nothing underneath it.
No fake urgency. No Instagram-founder theatre. No browser dashboard pretending to be an operating system. No compulsory subscription just to access your own tools, models or computer.
Nivren is being built in public, on real hardware, as an actual operating system. Some parts are finished. Some are experimental. Some will fail and be rebuilt.
We would rather show unfinished engineering honestly than sell finished bullshit convincingly.

Nivren OS is built in public. The YewForge Campus Discord is where daily build updates, suggestions, bug reports, engineering talk and community showcases live alongside the work — not as a separate marketing channel.

I started Yewforge because local businesses deserve the same quality of digital work that large companies get - without the inflated cost, the jargon, or the oversized proposal.
