Koda Security Research and Experimental Boundaries

A public-safe account of Koda’s dormant security research boundary and separation between runtime authority and experimental work.

DORMANTLast reviewed: 15 July 2026Evidence classes: IMPLEMENTED · DESIGNED · PLANNED

Purpose and state

Security research is a dormant branch concerned with governed containment, resilience and future security evolution. It has concept and research authority only.

Runtime separation

No runtime hooks, active enforcement, implementation authority or autonomous self-modification is claimed. Experimental work remains bounded by review gates and promotion requirements.

Relationship to Workshop

Workshop governance separates research from production runtime. Future R&D work requires separate authority and does not become active merely because a concept record exists.

Sources and provenance

Public-safe summary from canonical result records, design locks and the Engineering Journal source registers. Internal paths, startup details and sensitive topology are withheld.
