Design maturity
Locked direction The Shard Field canon defines a unified object family, Field Memory, Constellation, Weight, Tide and Depth. It is a sealed design direction, not a complete runtime implementation.
Prototype and accessibility
Bounded HTML proof work demonstrated selected interaction concepts. The future field retains keyboard operation, reduced motion and non-window interaction grammar as requirements.
Current boundary
Core Shard is the present bounded prototype. Shard Field, Context Web, final interaction physics and a Koda-native application family remain unimplemented or separately gated.
