Immediate engineering objectives
Truthful operational visibility
Show available local state as live, historical, unavailable or fixture-derived rather than substituting convenient data.
Bounded interaction proofs
Test interface behaviours in small prototypes before treating them as desktop-level commitments.
Traceable research machinery
Maintain sessions, append-only events and recovery checks before attempting future campaigns.
Human final authority
Keep approvals, constraints and recovery decisions explicit rather than framing the system as self-authorising.
Active objectives
Active work is directed towards an inspectable Workshop, a clear Shard interface language, read-only observability, and reliable local developer tooling. The programme also keeps external memory and evidence records separate from casual conversational claims, so important status can be grounded in documented sources.
Privacy and reliability objectives are practical constraints: local-first operation, explicit provenance, recoverable state, bounded dependencies and a distinction between current runtime activity and replayed records.
Planned and aspirational objectives
| Objective | State | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Shard Field workspace | Planned | Design and prototype evidence exist; a complete field is not established. |
| Specialist organs and nodes | Partial | Bounded subsystem pattern exists; broad integrated orchestration is not established. |
| Nano-model research | Research | A qualified R1.1 research corpus and bounded training continuation exist; the candidate remains research-only and below its frozen qualification thresholds. |
| Mobile relationship | Planned | Future integration direction only; no current mobile capability is claimed. |
| Operating-environment end state | Aspirational | A long-term vision, not a release promise or dated plan. |
Public and private boundary
This journal describes engineering lessons, status and evidence. It does not publish raw datasets, sealed evaluation material, voice references, credentials, private operational topology, personal records or security-sensitive implementation detail.
