We are developing Nivren as a programme for coordinating specialist models, memory, tools and applications. These are design goals; broader integrated behaviour is still planned.
One-liner
We are developing Nivren and NivKode. In the NivKode desktop app, new conversations start on a local model when one is installed. Defaults in other clients vary.
YewForge, short
Nivren is in active development. Nivren Home (NivDroid) is an internal test build. NivKode 0.1.0 is a review candidate; release approval and publication are pending. The launch target is 2 November 2026 and may move if testing finds issues. NivMac remains a direction with no public build; Nivren Quark is planned.

Source licence: AGPL-3.0-only. The Harmony contributor licence agreement is a draft and is not operative.
